Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to be getting weekly adjustments with Dr. Sukhi in order to participate?

A: No, adjustments are not required, although we do recommend it. Having an open dynamic and flexible nervous system will take your health and well-being to even greater levels.

Q: What does movement, meditation and journaling consist of?

A: Movement – Anything that gets your body moving.

Meditation – The workbook will include guided meditations suggestions or you can do a meditation of your choice.

Journaling – The workbook will include journal prompts for each day to guide you through your blocks and obstacles so you can live life more fully.

Q: I don’t know if I can find an hour in my day… are all 3 components necessary each day?

A: How you complete the challenge is up to you, there is no “right” or “wrong” way to do it. However, we do recommend that you make the commitment to honour your own well-being by giving yourself this time each day. If needed, the sessions can be broken up throughout your day.

Q: If I do the MAX program, including the cleanse, will I have to substantially change my diet?

A: Once again, how you complete the challenge is completely up to you. You can choose to modify your diet, removing certain foods, adding others, while also taking the supplement shake. Or you could simply add the supplement shake to your daily routine to ensure that you’re getting the ideal minerals and nutrients and still benefit.
